Eman has a career path of 15 years acting as a university lecturer, trainer of trainers, and development programs and capacity building manager. Led the design and implementation of several programs at the Institute for Community Partnership/Bethlehem University (including the development of three Online Professional Diploma Programs), at the Belgian Technical Cooperation, as well as at USAID Civil Society Program and USAID Civic Initiatives Support Program. Extensive experience in designing capacity building programs targeted at organizations as well as individuals, starting with learning assessments, training design, facilitation, and learning evaluation. Designed and implemented programs that have reached over 500 civil society organizations in Jordan and Palestine, and have a portfolio of over 50 training.
